Dr. Lisa Medwedeff is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Specialist known to her patients as a knowledgeable, caring physician who delivers the best of care. Her passion and focus is achieving excellence in all areas of patient care.
She founded Village Aesthetics with a desire and passion to help others achieve their skin concerns and goals.

Dr. Medwedeff is an affiliated physician with UT Southwestern, an active member of the Jefferson Physician Group (served on the board of directors). She is also an active member at THR Presbyterian in Plano (6300 W. Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093) and Baylor Medical Center at Frisco (5575 Warren Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034).
Serving as clinical faculty as a preceptor for medical and nurse practitioner students at UT Southwestern medical school, UT Arlington school of nursing, and Loyola College of Nursing and Health.
Primary Investigator running safety and efficacy protocol for new medications from 2006 through 2015 reporting findings to the FDA.
Gracie Martinez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Gracie Martinez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Village Internal Medicine Group and Village Aesthetics.
She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas Arlington and her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Arlington.
With 22 years of nursing experience, working in numerous roles, she provided specific disease management education to post-stroke, chronic disease management, and brain injury patients.
Gracie’s interests and passion in aesthetics began, after having treatments that made her look younger, which led to advanced aesthetics techniques and training.
“I want people to feel great and confident about themselves by achieving their aesthetic goals.”
Gracie is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, North Texas Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, and Brain Injury Association. She maintains a certification as a brain injury specialist.
